I have a passion to guide people into a relationship with Christ which is where you find greater purpose and meaning and grow spiritually.

Testimony

I lived the first thirty-seven years of my life for me and taking care of my family. I paid no attention to the needs of others.

Early in 1997, I went through the difficult hardship of divorce. One day I was so desperate for my broken heart to be healed and my emotional pain to be relieved that I wanted to end my life. That same night Jesus spoke to me in a whisper and told me I was His!

From that moment, the Lord began the healing process in my heart and emotions. I reached out to a friend. He led me to a counselor at the local church he attended. As the healing journey moved forward, my personal relationship with Jesus Christ began to unfold. I started attending a local church.

In 1999, my counselor invited me to assist him and friend launch a divorce care ministry. I knew nothing about the Bible, but I said yes. I had a desire to pray and read my Bible. The invitation to launch a care ministry offered me the opportunity to volunteer at church.

Life was so good, I kept pressing forward and never looked back. I have had a relationship with Christ for twenty-five years. I have been involved in pastoral care ministry for twenty-three years. I meet people in their brokenness, in their crisis, in their darkness, and encourage and challenge them to Press Forward toward the Lord, where hope and peace are supernaturally found via the Holy Spirit.

I hold two master’s degrees in theological studies. I am a lifelong learner in theology (studying God), how God works throughout history in the Bible, and cultural behavior biblical authors lived in when they wrote.
